M3 Padel Academy and Alfa Padel Club have signed a partnership agreement to develop the sporting and training programme at the new club in Medellín, bringing the M3 training model to Colombia.
Through this partnership, M3 will bring its expertise in player and coach development, with the aim of building an academy capable of supporting players at every stage of their journey, from their first steps in the sport through to competitive-level training.
The agreement marks another step forward in M3 Padel Academy’s international expansion and strengthens its presence in Latin America, bringing to Colombia a training model developed over many years in Madrid and used with amateur players, juniors and professionals alike.
Alfa Padel Club will be home to this new project. Located in Medellín, the club will open its doors in September 2026 following more than three years of planning, design and development. Its facilities have been created after studying more than 50 clubs around the world.
The complex features five fully covered courts with Mondo turf and 15-metre-high ceilings, as well as outdoor playing areas. The facilities also include a restaurant and café, coworking spaces, a pro shop, warm-up and calisthenics areas, a children’s area, spacious social areas, dedicated spaces for events and brand activations, changing rooms, lockers, and specialist physiotherapy and wellness services.
All of this is set within a countryside-style environment in a strategic location close to Medellín’s international airport.
Through this partnership, M3 adds Medellín to its growing international network, bringing its experience and methodology to an academy with a clear ambition: to raise the standard of player and coach development and contribute to the growth of Colombian padel at every level, from grassroots development to competition.
