M3 Padel Academy continues to expand its international presence through a new strategic partnership with Padel Mindset, an Algiers-based ecosystem dedicated to developing and structuring padel across the country through a growing network of affiliated clubs.
This partnership marks another important step in our international expansion and will see the M3 methodology introduced across the clubs within the Padel Mindset ecosystem, creating a shared framework focused on training, player development and raising sporting standards.
One of the key clubs within the network is Central Padel, based in Oran and one of the group’s flagship projects. The club currently features 10 FIP-certified indoor and outdoor courts, including a centre court, and is undergoing a major expansion that will make it the largest padel complex in Africa.
The Padel Mindset network also includes affiliated clubs such as Padel Impact and Bay One Club, while further venues are currently under development in Algiers, Oran and Annaba. Its model is designed to bring different projects together under a single structure, sharing sporting standards, expertise and resources to support the continued growth of padel in Algeria.
Through this partnership, M3 Padel Academy becomes Padel Mindset’s exclusive academy and coach-education partner, enabling our training model to be progressively implemented across the different clubs within its ecosystem.
The partnership has been established with a long-term vision: to combine M3’s experience and methodology with Padel Mindset’s structure and continued growth, helping to raise standards and support the development of padel in a market with significant potential.
With this agreement, M3 Padel Academy continues to strengthen its international presence, partnering with ambitious projects capable of making a meaningful impact in their markets and bringing our methodology to new players, coaches and padel communities around the world.
