M3 Team Week is suitable for all levels.
This intensive training program aims to take your game to the next level, adapting professional-level training for players of any skill.
Training sessions for a team of 2 are led by the M3 coaching staff, headed by Jorge Martínez, Director of M3 Padel Academy. The M3 methodology is applied in every class—the same approach used daily by Chingotto, Galán, Delfi Brea, and other M3 Padel Academy players competing on the professional padel circuit.

- 5 days of training, Monday to Friday.
- 3 hours/day of padel in two 90-minute sessions.
- 45 minutes/day of specialized padel physical training (may be shared with another M3 Team Week player).
- 45 minutes of theoretical padel training on 2 days and video analysis on 2 days (may be shared with another M3 Team Week player).
- Breakfast while watching professional players train.
- Healthy lunch at the famous M3 Academy café.
- 5 days accommodation at the 5-star The Palace, Madrid, with transportation included from the hotel to the club and back (optional).

WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE JOINING THE EXPERIENCE WITH ME?
This experience is completely private for one team (2 people). The only part of the experience that may be shared with other M3 Team Week participants is during the theoretical classes.
WHAT TIME DO WE START? WHAT TIME DO WE FINISH?
We start at 9:00 AM and finish at 5:00 PM.
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE THE EXPERIENCE?
The experience dates can be changed up to 2 weeks in advance, but refunds are not possible.
WHAT LEVEL IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THE M3 TEAM WEEK?
This is a padel training program designed for amateur players.
IS IT A GROUP TRAINING?
No, it is training for a pair or team (2 people) using the M3 Methodology.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS WITH THE PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS?
Yes, always respecting their training schedules and personal space/privacy.
CAN WE PLAY MATCHES? HOW?
Yes, the best way is by using the Playtomic App.
ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS AT THE CLUB? DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?
Yes, there are changing rooms, but towels are not provided.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A padel racket and appropriate sportswear for playing padel.
Do you want to improve your padel level by training in a professional ambience?
The M3 Team Week is a 5-day training program for international players seeking a higher level of skill development in a professional padel environment.
It is an ideal stage to improve your technical and tactical game while enjoying paired training sessions that will allow you to learn and compete with players from all over the world. You will participate in daily padel training sessions, specific physical preparation sessions to help improve your overall fitness and on-court movement, and tactical training sessions to better understand the dynamics of the game.
In training, we apply the M3 methodology, designed based on experience gained in the competitive world with players such as Ale Galán, Chingotto, Delfi Brea and other professional players from the Academy.
M3 Padel Academy features 18 fully equipped indoor WPT padel courts, led by a top-level coaching team.
This program lasts 5 days, with arrival on Monday and departure on Friday after lunch. Individual padel classes take place from Monday to Friday in the mornings, leaving the afternoons free to rest or engage in other activities.
The M3 Team Week can be booked year-round during the specified weeks (see calendar).
