Our course is the perfect opportunity to deepen your training and become a highly qualified professional in this exciting sport.
What will you learn?
In this course, designed for both instructors looking to improve their knowledge and those who wish to make teaching padel their career, you will cover a variety of key topics including:
- Advanced coaching techniques: Improve your ability to design coaching sessions that will lead your students to reach their maximum potential.
- Teaching methodology: Learn pedagogical strategies that facilitate effective teaching, adapting to the needs of different skill levels.
- Group management: Develop skills to manage group dynamics and foster an inclusive and fun environment.
- Tactical coaching: Improve your tactical knowledge of the sport and how to apply it in your training.
*The last day will be dedicated to exams (pitching, technical demonstrations and session organisation).
In case of failure to pass these exams, the trainer will be able to attend any other exam day held on other courses at a later date to retake the exams at no extra cost.

What I liked most about the course was the experience of being taught by the best in this sport, while being surrounded by a professional environment of the highest level at all times.
I found the M3 teaching method to be very effective. Being able to act as both teacher and student is, in my opinion, one of the best ways to test what you’ve learned in theory. The video analysis and listening live to how Jorge coaches—those are priceless.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the monitor course taught in English?
The course is taught in Spanish, but if you want to do it in English, we will assign you a trainer fluent in English who will accompany you throughout both days.
You must request it at the time you make the course reservation.
Is the instructor course approved?
When you finish the Assistant Coach L2 course you receive a Certificate of Achievement issued by M3 Padel Academy. This certificate recognizes your attendance at the in-person part and having successfully completed the online part, but it does not
It is an approved title.
You also access the M3 job board, which is highly sought after by Clubs around the world.
Do I need prior training as a padel instructor to take the course?
In order to be able to participate in the M3 level 2 coaching course, it will be necessary to have previously completed the M3 coaching level 1 or provide an official document from other training courses that have been completed that accredits the coach’s level.
How do I pass the course? Do you have exams?
Exams will be taken, if you do not pass these exams, the coach may later attend any other day of exams held in other courses to try again.
