This is the coach stage, a practical training with Jorge Martínez, Fer Poggi, Alberto Ruiz and other academy professional players. A unique experience to learn the m3 method, the daily work on court and the training secrets from the best academy in the world.
Every week 3 days.
Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 19:00 pm.

- 3 days (Monday to Wednesday).
- Training From 9:00h to 19:00h you will be able to train in the competition group as a player for 1,5 hours if you have the necessary level.

With qualifications and previous experience as instructors in padel schools.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN AT THE PADEL COACHES STAGE?
- You will learn about the main aspects of real professional training and competitive players.
- You will work on the court accompanied by an M3 coach.
- You will learn the most important aspects of the M3 Method: technical, tactical, physical and psychological.
- You will learn how decisions are made in high performance groups (calendars, planning, objectives, routines, workloads, daily distribution, season planning…).
- Differentiation of work according to levels and ages.
