THE
M3 METHOD
High-performance padel for all.
The M3 methodology is designed to achieve the best possible performance of our players from a perspective of overall, sporting and personal growth. To achieve this, we promote all-encompassing themes such as solidarity, equality, humility, health and even peace. Competition as the goal is a standout objective, but always as part of the training process.
For this reason, training using the M3 methodology is a living thing that cannot be broken down into parts, but we can divide it into training areas to facilitate understanding and meet the high-performance objectives sought by padel players:
AREA
Technique / Tactics
- Where we prepare the player to create a consistent game with rhythm. We teach game variants, we work on anticipation and the use of percentages. Some of the aspects we improve are the acceleration and power of the shots, footwork, flexibility, and balance in the different areas of the court.
- At the same time, we introduce competition tactics to the player, we create real situations, we teach planning and how to make the most of the different types of game and players.
AREA
Physical / Mental preparation
- This is where we draw up a personalised training plan, which includes the following objectives: increasing the player’s performance, facilitating learning and technical assimilation, improving power, strength, balance, elasticity, coordination and reaction speed, preventing injuries and extending the player’s active life.
- In the same training area, we help the player to maintain a high level of concentration, overcome their doubts and fears, and surmount the obstacles found in competition. We also teach mastery of body language, the rituals, how to create goals and objectives and, above all, to have fun and enjoy playing padel.
AREA
Nutrition / Recuperation
- We educate our professional players in the importance of healthy eating habits. We set the guidelines for a specific pre- and post-match nutrition, explain the importance of hydration and other essential nutritional aspects for professional athletes.
- We teach our players the importance of the principle of recuperation, not only after each game or session, but after each season depending on their individual objectives.
It is the common thread of these three areas that makes the difference in the M3 Padel Academy methodology.
When put into practice, the M3 method has three notable aspects that are part of our hallmarks and distinguishes those players that have progressed through the Academy.
Teamwork.
Teaching system.
Growth in values.
A Technical Team trained in the M3 methodology, which has a shared approach to training and cooperation between its members, so that the players feel supported at all times.
Group training, which enriches the work dynamic, increases motivation and fun and, consequently, improves and increases the effort to meet the objectives.
Focussed on the game, on what happens on the court. What we are talking about here is a dynamic system, which rewards the uniqueness of each individual to solve as a pair the problems that arise in real situations.
We believe that respect, solidarity, humility, loyalty, commitment and sacrifice are values inherent in playing padel.
These values are related to team spirit, as the backbone of personal and sporting growth, aspects that are intertwined and always go hand in hand.
