The M3 methodology is designed to achieve the best possible performance from our players through a holistic approach to their sporting and personal development. To achieve this, we promote cross-cutting values such as solidarity, equality, humility, health and even peace. Competition as an end goal is an important objective, but always within the context of the player\u2019s development process.<\/p>\n

For this reason, training under the M3 methodology is a dynamic process that cannot be compartmentalized.   • We prepare the player to develop a consistent, high-tempo game. We teach different game variations, work on anticipation and the use of percentages, and improve shot acceleration and power, footwork, flexibility, and balance in the different areas of the court, among other aspects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • At the same time, we introduce the player to competitive tactics by creating real-game situations, teaching planning, and showing them how to take advantage of different playing styles and types of players.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • We establish a personalized training plan with objectives that include, among others: increasing the player\u2019s performance, facilitating technical learning and assimilation, improving power, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, reaction speed, preventing injuries, and extending the player\u2019s career.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Within this same area, we help the player maintain a high level of concentration, overcome doubts and fears, and deal with the obstacles they encounter in competition.
